Position: Area Manager Job code: Ref. 02/AM/23 Profile Responsible for the profitability of all the branches within designated area, understanding the revenue and expenditure by branch to be able to develop action plans. Requirements • 3-5 years experience in retail sales (Financial services industry / foreign exchange preferable), with 2 years at supervisory level in Kuwait. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. Deliver the highest standard of customer service. • Master's degree holder. Preferably with MBA in Sales & Marketing. • MS Office proficiency. • Fluent in English. • Valid Kuwait Driving License. • Transferable Visa 18 and ready to join.
