Certification/Membership Kuwait Society of Engineers (Mandatory) Visa - 18 (transferable) (Mandatory) Minimum Years of experience 12 Joining Date - Immediate Salary Based on experience plus benefits Job Requirement/Description - Management of a Team of Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians. - Facility Management Department experience is an advantage. - Operation and Maintenance in MEP services. - Proactive in System Up-gradations to ensure continuity of business. - Projects Handing over/Take Over - Contract management - Tender preparation - Design/Scope of work preparation/Supervision of Installation/Commissioning/Handing of small scale projects directly given by Management. - Fit-out inspection/Management - Utility Management m.m.p - Budget Management joboppnov18@gmail.com
